The boys cross country head coach at Central Catholic High School in Portland, Oregon since 2003, Dave Frank's cross country team has finished in the top two at the Oregon state meet every year except 2004 (4th), with ten titles (2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016) and three runner-up finishes (2008, 2010, 2011).
