Eric Dettman - A Male Coach Building Relationships with Female Athletes - 2020 Wildwood Clinic

Eric Dettman, head track and field and cross country coach at Lincoln High School (Portland, Oregon), has taken a good Lincoln program and made it an excellent one. In 2019, his girls team qualified for Nike Cross Nationals. In this presentation, Dettman shares the things he does to meet his athletes where they are at and focuses on how he develops relationships with female athletes.
