Virginia is moving from a three class system to a six class system.  Coach Dan King shares his thoughts on the move and how it will impact his team in this interview.  He also talks about summer training, off-distance intervals, his goal of laying rubber on their eight-lane asphalt track that the team never uses, and how success at his program has actually diminished the number of runners who come out for the team based on the high degree of success the team has had.
