Coach John DuCray started the cross country program at St. Francis in 1982 and on his 30th anniversary year, qualified his first team to NXN.  Here, he discusses what it means to grow a program, which still borrows the East Sacramento State track, over that period of time and what it means given that no northern California team has made the podium at the state meet at the division 1 level, and their second place finish in 2012 clinched their NXN berth.
