"If your athletes hear they're great enough times, they're going to [over-perform],"  says Head Coach Juris Green of The Woodlands HS.  After early success when he took the program over from his father, experience of a few years has taught Juris how to really dial the team together each year to be successful when it doesn't come easy.  "Maximize your strengths, minimize your weaknesses," is another way this student of the sport pumps his team up, which he does a lot of.
