Coach Erhard Bell implements the Paavo training system.  He discusses that system in terms of summer training and in general along with other aspects of his program here.  As head coach for four years, he describes how he maintains what was an already long-time successful program at Carmel, as he works with two other coaches to manage his 150-athlete program.  The cuts made via a time standard are described as well as the practices he's changed from the previous Carmel coach.
